Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Dhamaka’ Fees For Just 10 Days Will Shock You!

There have been speculations that Kartik Aaryan was paid ₹20 crores for only 10 days of for Netflix film, Dhamaka.

Kartik Aaryan has won many hearts with his charm and acting. He is also one of the highest-paid actors in Bollywood. And recently, Kartik revealed how much he was paid for his 2021 Ram Madhvani’s terror-thriller Dhamaka. During his recent appearance at Aap Ki Adalat on India TV, the actor opened up about earning ₹20 crores for a movie.

There have been speculations that Kartik Aaryan was paid ₹20 crores for only 10 days of work, for long. While the actor didn’t confirm or deny the previous reports, he recently got candid about his alleged ₹20 crore pay. Kartik also revealed why he deserved the hefty amount as he called himself the ‘Shehzada’ of Bollywood.

During a recent interview, he was asked that he had become ‘so obsessed’ with himself that after earning  ₹1.25 lakh in his first film, which was Pyaar Ka Punchnaama, he was now asking for ₹20 crores. However, the actor candidly revealed that 20 crores were only 10 days. Kartik further explained, “I did this at the time of Corona, but can I discuss my fees like this, I do not know.” Kartik added, “But yes that one film was made like this and it was shot for ten days. That was my remuneration and I double the money of my producers in 10 days or 20 days.”

Kartik had filmed a Netflix movie, Dhamaka, during the pandemic. The Netflix film was an official remake of the 2013 film The Terror Live. Alongside Kartik Aarya, Mrunal Thakur and Amruta Subhash also co-star in prominent roles. The film follows a journalist who receives a threat after exclusively interviewing a terrorist, who blew up a bridge.

Elsewhere in the interview, tv host, Rajat Sharma said about the actor that he said started acting like he was ‘hero number one’ after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Kartik then replies in Hindi which translates to, “I have always seen myself as no. 1, slowly people are also getting to know that and are seeing me like that.” The actor added, “But the audience’s love is what matters the most to me. I am desperate for their love and only for that am I obsessed with myself and want to give hit films… there’s only one Shehzada (prince) in the film industry.”
