Spirit: After delivering the blockbuster hit, “Animal”, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is now gearing up for his next project, “Spirit” with Kalki star Prabhas. Since its announcement, the film has generated significant buzz, particularly regarding its cast. Earlier, it was revealed that Korean actor Ma Dong-seok and South Indian actress Trisha would be part of the film. New reports indicate that Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are the latest additions to the Spirit cast, adding even more star power to the project.

Kareena Kapoor To Play Female Lead In Prabhas’ Spirit?

According to several reports and rumors swirling in the Telugu film circles suggest that Kareena Kapoor Khan has officially joined the cast of Spirit, a high-budget film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. This movie is poised to become one of the most expensive productions in Indian cinema. In a notable shift, Prabhas will portray a police officer for the first time, with Kareena likely taking on the role of his co-star and the female lead. There’s even speculation that she will share romantic scenes with Prabhas on-screen.

Saif Ali Khan To Play The Role Of Villain In Spirit?

While Kareena is rumored to have taken up the role of the female lead, her of-screen husband and actor Saif Ali Khan on the other hand is rumored to have signed up the role of the “villain” the lead antagonist in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s, “Spirit”. However, fans are still waiting for an official confirmation from the filmmakers.

If reports are indeed true, then Spirit would mark the first-ever on-screen collaboration between Prabhas and Kareena Kapoor, while it would be the second collaboration between Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan who previously shared the screen in “Adipurush”. Additionally, if the rumors are true then the film would also mark as the South debut film of Kareena Kapoor.
