The sudden demise of singer KK (Krishnakumar Kunnath) has left everyone in shock. From celebrities to politicians to cricketers, everyone is expressing grief and remembering him for his contribution to the music industry.

Comedian Kapil Sharma also recalled his last meeting with singer KK. He took to his Twitter and wrote, “Abhi kuch samay pehle mulakat hui thi, kya khoobsurat shaam thi. Pta nahi tha vo mulakat aakhiri hogi. Dil bahut udaas hai. Ishwar aapko apne charon me sthaan de. baaki hmaare dilon mein to aap hmesha rahenge. Alvida Bhai. Om Shanti. (Met you some time ago. It was a beautiful evening. Didn’t know it would be our last meeting. You’ll always be in our hearts. Goodbye, brother)”

Naagin fame Mouni Roy wrote, “Deeply saddened & heartbroken, RIP K.K .. deepest condolences to his family, friends and all who loves him & his music. We love you.

Sophie Choudry tweeted, “We think we have so much time but every so often we are jolted out of that falsehood. We don’t even know the kind of stress we deal with as artists, as human beings on a daily basis. May we never take a moment for granted. Sending peace and love to all of you.”

Emraan Hashmi penned an emotional tweet that reads, “A voice and talent like no other.. They don’t make them like him anymore. Working on the songs he sang was always that much more special. You will always be in our hearts KK and live eternally through your songs. RIP Legend KK.”

KK was in Kolkata to perform at a college fest. He started feeling unwell while performing at the concert. When he returned to the hotel, he collapsed. The 53-year-old singer died due to a heart attack. When taken to hospital, the doctors declared him brought dead.
