Kangana Ranaut has ventured into the restaurant industry, further expanding her diverse portfolio. She has inaugurated her inaugural cafe, The Mountain Story, situated in the stunning Himalayas. In a video shared with her followers, she described this venture as “a childhood dream come alive.” The cafe, located in Manali, approximately 66 miles from her hometown, is set to open its doors on February 14, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.
In the video, the actress expressed her excitement, stating, “This is undoubtedly one of the most significant projects of my life; it reflects my essence and is deeply connected to my roots. I take immense pride in presenting this experience through The Mountain Story.” The footage showcases the cafe’s charming rustic woodwork and inviting corners.
The 38-year-old actress also posted images of the cafe on Instagram, sharing her poetic thoughts: “The mountains are my bones, the rivers my veins, the forests are my thoughts, and the stars are my dreams.” In another post, she remarked, “The mountain is calling, and I must answer.”
In 2021, Kangana had previously indicated her interest in the food and beverage sector, stating that she was “taking baby steps” into this industry. She shared her aspirations with her audience, saying, “I am excited to share my new venture, a dream that will bring us closer. Beyond films, my other passion is food, and I am in the process of establishing my first cafe and restaurant in Manali, thanks to my wonderful team who are helping to realize something extraordinary.”
