Bollywood’s two leading actresses Kangana Ranaut and Taapsee Pannu fight like cats and dogs all the time. Not only they share different opinions about everything, but they also take a dig at each other on social media from time to time. However, recently, Taapsee made an attempt to leave their differences behind.
At the recently held Filmfare Awards, Taapsee Pannu was nominated for Best Actress category for her performance in Thappad while Kangana was nominated for her film Panga. Other nominations included, Deepika Padukone for Chhapaak, Jahnvi Kapoor for Gunjan Saxena and Vidya Balan for Shakuntala Devi.
Taapsee Pannu won the Best Actress award and during her winning speech, she thanked Kangana Ranaut. She thanked her ‘for pushing the boundaries with her performance’.
As the video went viral on social media, Kangana Ranaut made a tweet on the same. She said ‘Thank you Taapsee, well deserved.”
It was all great till now. But Kangana further wrote, “Thank you @taapsee well deserved Vimal elaichi filmfare award…. no one deserves it more than you.”
It’s not a hard thing to understand that Kangana taunted Taapsee for winning Filmfare.
And her comment is not going well with her own fans. A fan replied, “Disappointed! Nt expected this frm uh @KanganaTeam! @taapsee appreciated uh on big platform bt somehow you are insulting her! @KanganaTeam. This has made you to lose your fans. Industry need ppl who appreciate.”
