Kangana Ranaut Reveals Her Assets Ahead Of Lok Sabha Elections 2024

Ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 polling, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut went out and revealed her assets, properties and debt among other details.

Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut, who has ventured into politics and is now contesting in the Lok Sabha Elections from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), disclosed her assets prior to polling. Kangana’s assets, totaling Rs 91 crore, encompass jewelry, vehicles, and immovable assets, alongside a debt of Rs 17 crore.

As per the Indian Express report, Kangana has disclosed documents indicating movable assets valued at Rs 28.7 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 62.9 crore. The Tanu Weds Manu actress stated ownership of properties spanning the nation, including three Mumbai residences valued at Rs 16 crore and a Rs 15 crore bungalow in Manali. Additionally, she declared ownership of four properties in Chandigarh, a commercial property in Mumbai, and a commercial building in Manali.

In her affidavit, The Queen actress disclosed possessing 6.7 kilograms of gold jewelry valued at Rs 5 crore, 60 kilograms of silver jewelry worth Rs 50 lakhs, and diamond jewelry worth Rs 3 crore. Additionally, she declared ownership of three luxury vehicles—a BMW worth Rs 98 lakh, a Mercedes Benz valued at Rs 58 lakh, and a Mercedes Maybach worth Rs 3.91 crore. Furthermore, she listed a scooter valued at Rs 53,000. Kangana also revealed a current bank balance of Rs 1.35 crore with Rs 2 lakhs in cash, alongside a debt of Rs 17 crore.

According to the report, Kangana stated that her highest educational qualification is 12th standard, which she completed at a private school in Chandigarh. Kangana made her entry into the film industry at the age of 18 with the movie Gangster. Additionally, she mentioned her income for the years 2022-2023 as Rs 4 crore, contrasting with the previous year’s earnings of Rs 12.3 crore.
