Shakun Batra’s much-awaited film ‘Gehraiyaan’ has received negative reviews from fans and critics. Now, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut too has joined the tribe to criticize the film. The Manikarnika actress openly bashed Deepika Padukone’s film on Instagram.
Kangana wrote, “In the name of millennial/new age/ urban movies don’t sell trash pls…bad movies are bad movies..no amount of skin show or p*rnography can save it …it’s a basic fact koi gehraiyaan wali baat nahi hai.”
Gehraiyaan is a Hindi drama film starring Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa. It is co-produced by Karan Johar and is streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Talking about Kangana Ranaut, she was last seen in film ‘Thalaivi’ and will be now seen hosting a reality show titled ‘Lock Upp’ produced by Ekta Kapoor. Her next films include ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhaakad’. She has also donned the producer’s hat with the upcoming film ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
