Kangana Ranaut Reacts To Karan Johar’s ‘I’m Not Interested in Working With Her’ Remark

Kangana Ranaut took to her social media to react to Karan Johar's old remark that he was not interested in working with her.

Nobody can deny that Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut are Bollywood’s big rivals of all time. They leave no chance to take a dig at each other. It all started when she made a point of calling the director “the flag bearer of nepotism,” It is well known that they are at odds. Afterward, she referred to him as a “movie mafia” on his talk show, Koffee With Karan. She has been subjected to relentless mockery and other forms of abuse ever since she spoke out about the mistreatment she endured at the hands of his “nepo gang.”

A few days after calling him out for wanting to ruin Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma’s careers on social media, she once again used her official social media account to call him out on an earlier statement of his. She posted an edited video in which KJo says that Bollywood doesn’t hire her “by choice” and doesn’t want to collaborate with her, to which she responds in another exchange.

Kangana complimented Karan in her Instagram story, which has since vanished, for his “frivolous outbursts.” She continued by saying that when she succeeds as a producer and director, she’ll rub it in his face. She could also be heard adding, “How Karan mocked me on the IIFA stage, he said how I am jobless and looking for a job,” in the video she released. Really? I mean, have a look at my talent and at your movies.

On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut will star in Emergency, her debut film as a single director. She will portray the late Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. The emergency period in India during the middle of the 1970s, which was declared by the then-prime minister, is the subject of this historical political play. Tejas, Chandramukhi 2, and Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda are more projects she is working on with RSVP Movies.
