Janhvi Kapoor recently hit the headlines when her father and filmmaker Boney Kapoor denied the reports of her signing a Tamil film. But if a new report from an online portal to be believed, the actress has been signed by leading Telugu producer as a female lead against Jr. NTR for his next film.
As per a new report, Janhvi has been in conversation with director Kortala Siva for his next action adventure with Jr. NTR, which is currently known as ‘NTR 30’. NTR 30’s team has been in conversation with multiple actresses over the last 6 months and have finally found their female lead in Janhvi Kapoor, the report revealed.
Last year Janvhi Kapoor had expressed her desire to work in South Indian film and it seems her wish is soon going to come true. ‘NTR30’ is among the most eagerly anticipated films in the Telugu film industry and marks Jr. NTR’s return to the big screen two years after RRR (2022). Scheduled for release in April 2024, the action entertainer is amongst the most awaited Indian films of 2024, especially after the blockbuster success of RRR.
Meanwhile, Janhvi has couple of Hindi films lined up for release this year. The first one is a sports drama Mr. Aur. Mrs. Mahi where she is paired opposite Rajkummar Rao. And Nitish Kumar’s Bawaal with Varun Dhawan.
