Irrfan Khan will be featuring in an international project titled ‘Mantra: Song Of Scorpions’. The venture starring the late actor is yet to be released and we might get to witness those deep eyes of him which spoke more than words for the one last time. Thus, Angrezi Medium won’t be Irrfan Khan’s last film.
‘Mantra: The Scorpions Song’ is all set to release. The film features Irrfan Khan alongside the recently released Chris Hemsworth’s Extraction fame actor Golshifteh Farahani. The plot of the film follows the journey of a girl in Rajasthan who heals people by singing. The movie takes a sharp turn when the girl gets poisoned by a man and she sets out on a journey to find the song that will heal her.
The film also features veteran actor Waheeda Rehman alongside Irrfan and Golshifteh in a pivotal role.
On the work front, Angrezi Medium will surely mark Irrfan Khan’s last Bollywood film. Helmed by Homi Adajania the film also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan, and Deepak Dobriyal.
Angrezi Medium is currently airing on Disney Plus Hotstar and the film is being hailed by the audience and the critics as well.
Irrfan Khan’s absence will forever be felt in the entertainment industry for years to come by.
