One of the best actors of all times, Irrfan Khan passed away this year after losing the battle to a rare cancer. He was diagnosed in 2018 and moved to London for treatment. His last film was Angrezi Medium that released in March. However, we are now getting a chance to witness his work once again as one of his unreleased projects will hit the screens in 2021.
The name of the film is ‘The Song Of Scorpions’. It also stars Waheeda Rahman and an Iranian actress.
The film was shot in 2016 and was premiered at the 70th Locarno Film Festival in Locarno, Switzerland.
Abhishek Pathak, producer of the film said, “We will be offering this film to the audiences as a tribute to the beloved star of Indian cinema. The era of cinema in India and abroad has benefitted from his acting prowess and we’re happy to have canvassed his swansong.”
Well, we now can’t wait to see Irrfan Khan’s work for one last time.
