There are rumours floating in B-town that actor Imran Khan who is known for his role in the 2008 movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and his wife Avantika Malik are filing for divorce after almost a decade long marriage. The duo has already started to live separately but Avantika’s latest post on Instagram has got us thinking.
In the midst of all the divorce rumours, Avantika took to her social media platform to share a black and white image of herself with her daughter from what looks like a wedding. But it is the cryptic caption below that image which has caught everyone’s eye and got us thinking if reconciliation is happening for Avantika and Imran.
The caption below that adorable picture read, “I have decided to stick with love, hate is too great a burden to bear.’ – Martin Luther King Jr. Just when I needed to believe in the purity of love the universe sends me a sign… Magic!!”
Imran Khan and Avantika Malik are parents to 5-year old daughter named Imara Malik Khan and she is the string which is speculated to have been keeping their falling marriage together.
Imran Khan didn’t have much luck in Bollywood, he is best known for his role in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na alongside Genelia D’Souza.
Neither has Avantika or Imran openly spoke or accepted or denied any such rumours about their divorce. Recently, Avantika’s mother was asked if there will be a possible reconciliation between Avantika and Imran to which she replied by saying that only time would determine what’s to happen between the allegedly estranged couple.
Well, we hope that Avantika and Imran’s marriage survives all the hiccups on the road and love blossoms again.
