Actor Fardeen Khan was away from the glamour industry and limelight of media for 10 years. He took the break to focus on his family. In between, his pictures had gone viral in which he was seen gaining substantial weight and his fans were shocked to see that he wasn’t that chocolaty boy anymore. However, Fardeen has now returned to Bollywood. And the first thing he did was getting back in shape.

Fardeen lost 18 kgs in just 6 months and we are blown away with his dedication. However, his journey of weight loss wasn’t as easy as it may sound. Fardeen not only spent hours in gyms to lose the fat and get in the right shape but also made sure that his diet was right.

Fardeen said in an interview, “As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection. I came across this in some reading I was doing. I started eating right and healthy coupled with correct workouts.”

And all this started with just one idea. Fardeen says that he wanted to physically feel 25. Despite this much, Fardeen feels that he is just half way there because he knows that you are expected to look your best in glamour industry. Fardeen, who is 46 years old feels like 30 after losing weight.
