To make a positive and impactful change for the transgenders in our society, Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar a few days before the film’s release kick started a “Laal Bindi” campaign featuring himself, Kiara Advani and Laxminarayan Tripathy after which he urged his fans across the globe and all the other bollywood and television industry actors as well to take part in it. The latest newbie entrant in this campaign is Bollywood actor Yaariyan fame Himansh Kohli. It a very happy news that Himansh Kohli joins Akshay Kumar’s Laal Bindi campaign for “Laxmii”.

Himansh who will next be seen in his upcoming Bollywood movie Boondi Raita alongside Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2016) fame actress Sonalli Seygall, took to his official Instagram handle and posted his picture with the Laal Bindi in a black and white monochromatic photo for supporting Akshay Kumar’s campaign where his caption read, “#LoveIsLove and #HumanIsHuman. I have always rejected the idea of having any sexual, cultural, religious, or any other kind of bias. We are all humans, and children of one supreme power. Bias does us no good, and leads to only distress. Let’s end all bias, come together and show love and acceptance for the third gender by putting up this Laal Bindi. Laxmii is one of the most eagerly anticipated and much awaited Bollywood films of this year and is also being touted as the big Diwali 2020 release of this year, which has been released today on 9th November 2020 digitally on Disney + Hotstar Multiplex.
This film is one of the most challenging and career redefining roles for Akshay since he plays the role of a transgender in this horror comedy film which is the official hindi remake of the hit Tamil movie “Muni: Kanchana 2” (2011). The original and remake both have been directed by the ace director Raghava Lawrence. Also starring an ensemble star cast of Kiara Advani and Sharad Kelkar in key important roles in the film.
