This recent and latest news update regarding the stellar actor’s ongoing war of tussle between her and BMC is a good news and a ray of silver lining which has strengthened the hopes for fair decision and justice.
Apparently the Bombay High Court is said to have already sealed its final judgement thereby closing its orders in lieu of the actor’s petition against BMC citing illegal property damages done to her Manikarnika office in Pali hill office at Bandra which took place on 9th September 2020.
As reported by a leading digital new agency, the high court has already sealed and reserved its final decision in the case. The court was informed that all the concerned parties and petitioners have submitted their final written submissions in context of the same ongoing case. Following this, the court concluded their final hearing thereby reserving their order.
Also, it is public knowledge now that this social media war and tussle between Kangana and BMC started when Kangana compared Mumbai to POK in one of her Twitter tweets which had seemed to angered the Shivsena leader Sanjay Raut.
Just a day before she landed back in Mumbai, the BMC had visited Kangana’s production house office in Pali hall, Bandra and demolished parts of her office citing it as an illegal construction.
Kangana has placed serious allegations on the civic body BMC for “malafide” in ‘fact’ and ‘law’.
In her petition that was submitted by her lawyer before the Bombay high court, Kangana had also specifically demanded Rs 2 crores in compensation for the damages suffered due to the “illegal demolition” carried out by BMC.
They did this on the 9th September on a part of her Pali Hill bungalow number 5, in Bandra West. However, currently the BMC is yet to respond to Kangana’s demands.
