The Millenials are going crazy over veteran actor and singer Lucky Ali. It all happened a few weeks ago when his recent video singing ‘O Sanam’ went viral and people went on a nostalgic trip immediately. Ali started his acting career in 1962 with the film Chote Nawab and later did many films in the 70s and 80s. As a singer, he gave hit songs like “Ek Pal Ka Jeena” and “Na Tum Jaano Na Hum”. He also lent his voice in films like Bachna Ae Haseeno, Anjaana Anjaani and Tamasha. However, he didn’t have a stable career in Bollywood and even though he gave some commercially hit songs, he quit his Bollywood career.

When asked about the reason for quitting Bollywood, he said, “Is jagah mein badtameezi bahut hai.”

He said in an interview, “Bollywood has changed. The movies which are being made these days are lacking inspiration and I think there is nothing to learn from such movies.”

He further added, “This generation movies are leaving a bad impact on the society. People are getting violent as they are inspired with what is being showcased in the movies. I believe less patience and more greediness is being promoted through movies.”

In conclusion, he said that there is a lot of disrespect in Bollywood and feels glad to be out of it.

Well, even though he is no longer associated with films, but the millennials are his fans once again and have found ways to connect with him on social media. He owns a verified Instagram page and his following is increasing day by day.
