Rishi Kapoor died last week due to cancer. His last rites were conducted in Mumbai with only a few people attending his funeral. Due to the lockdown, most of the friends and family members did not get the freedom to attend his funeral. But did you know that Rishi Kapoor had predicted one thing about his funeral back in 2017? Well, the story dates back to 2017 when superstar Vinod Khanna had died. After his funeral, Rishi Kapoor made a tweet that read, “Shameful, Not one actor of this generation attended Vinod Khanna’s funeral. And that too he has worked with them. Must learn to respect.” He wrote in another tweet, “Why this? Including mine and thereafter. When I die, I must be prepared. None will shoulder me. Very very angry with today’s so called stars.” Well, may be he was prepared that his funeral will have very less attendance. Although, it happened due to the lockdown. Even his daughter Riddhima, who lives in Delhi could not see him for the last time as the flights are not operational.
