It is not the first time when we have seen actors helping out their fans when they are in danger. Many times, actors try to be real heroes in their fans’ lives by granting them a helping hand through various means. Recently, such an incident happened with Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan where one of his fans has appealed for help. The fan is facing domestic violence from the hands of her father and she has requested for help from Varun Dhawan. The actor was shocked to know about it and quickly responded to his fan’s tweet.
A twitter user tagged Varun Dhawan and disclosed that she and her mother are facing domestic abuse at the hands of her violent father. The twitter user is a Gujrat resident. She also mentioned the dire situation she and her mother are in where they are not allowed to eat by father. She also disclosed that her father is involved in many illegal activities. She went on to say that her father has cheated on her mother.
The fan wrote, “Respected Sir, I have been beaten and abused by my father several times. He abuses me and my mother every single day. He, for days, doesn’t let me eat food, also threatens us by using curse words and abusive language.”
Tagging Gujarat Police, she wrote, “I have lost my hopes for getting the help when needed from the police, this is not right. The women’s helpline is also unable to provide us help. Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible Sir.”
Varun noticed the fan’s tweet and responding to the tweet he wrote, “This is an extremely serious matter and if this is true I will help you and speak to the authorities.”
