Taking to his social media handle, Ramdas Athawale shared the news of being tested positive for COVID-19. After he shared the news, actor Gulshan Devaiah reacted with a hilarious solution as Ramdas Athawale tests COVID-19 positive.
For the unknown, Ramdas Athawale garnered a lot of attention for his “Go Corona Go” chants earlier this year. Keeping that in mind, Gulshan tweeted, “Corona go Corona Corona go corona three times a day for 14 days and everything will be fine.”
Ramdas Athawale’s tweet read, “I have tested #COVID19 positive and as per advise of Doctors, I have been hospitalised for few days. Those who have been come in contact with me are advised to get COVID-19 tests done. Take Care & Stay Safe.”
Surely, the tweet of Gulshan Devaiah is a subtle dig at Ramdas Athawale who initially took the virus not so seriously in the start and now is COVID-19 positive.
As of now, Athawale has been hospitalized as per his doctor’s suggestion and his health is being monitored.
For the unknown, Ramdas Athawale is the Union Minister and also is associated with the Republican Party of India – A.
Speaking of Gulshan Devaiah, he recently starred in Footfairy. He shared the screen space with Sagarika Ghatge and Kunaal Roy Kapur.
On a side note, actress Payal Ghosh is also isolating herself as she attended a political event alongside Ramdas Athavale on Monday. She will isolate herself till getting tested for COVID-19.
Payal took to her Twitter to thanks everyone for the messages. She also tweeted, “Thank you, everyone, for your messages! Yes, I would like to tell this that I have too isolated myself, till I get my Covid tests done.”
