Koffee With Karan: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan recently appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan with her BFF duo Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. During the latest episode, for the first time Gauri was seen opening up about facing tough times after the arrest of her son Aryan Khan for drugs on cruise case, she said, “Nothing can be worse than what we have just been through.”
Gauri Khan On Aryan Khan’s Arrest
The latest episode of Koffee With Karan was graced by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan with her best friend duo Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. While during the episode Gauri was finally seen breaking her silence on her son Aryan Khan’s arrest and the tough times and hardships faced by her family after that.
Indirectly addressing Aryan’s case, Karan asked Gauri, “It has been such a tough ride for him, and you all have emerged so strongly. I know you as a mother. We are members of the same family and I am a member of the same family. And, it hasn’t been easy, and Gauri, you have emerged stronger than ever.”
To this Gauri said, “Nothing can be worse than what we have just been through. But where we all stand as a family, I can say that we are in a great space. We feel loved. All our friends, and so many people whom we didn’t know, so many messages and so much of love. We feel blessed. We are grateful to everyone who helped us.”
Aryan Khan Arrest For Drugs Case
For the uninitiated, On 27 May, the NCB filed a charge sheet in the drugs-on-cruise case giving the star kid a clean chit. On 27th May Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had given a clean chit to Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan in the drug-on-cruise case. Aryan spent almost 25 days in police custody and was later released on a bail.
Ever since his arrest Aryan’s parents Gauri and Shah Rukh preferred to maintain silence on the matter. However many Bollywood celebrities like Hrithik Roshan among many others came out in support of Aryan during the time.
