FWICE sends notices to Saif Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal

Saif Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal have been slapped with notices warning them not to perform for a Pakistani organizer.

FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) have now sent legal notices to actor Saif Ali Khan and singer Shreya Ghoshal warning them against performing for the Pakistani organizer Rehan Siddiqui.

The Federation recently banned Mika Singh for his performance in Karachi, Pakistan. Mika performed on August 8, 2019, in Karachi and said to be at the place of a close relative of former Military dictator of Pakistan, Parvez Musharraf.

Mika was invited along with 14 crew members from his team for the event and reportedly charged USD 150,000 (Rs 1 crore) for his performance at the wedding.

FWICE and AICWA issued legal notices saying if Salman Khan works with Mika Singh he will be banned from the industry too.

Mika in his defence said that he got a visa and that’s why he went and performed there. He also issued an apology for the same.

Diljit Dosanjh was supposed to perform for the same Pakistani organizer but his visa was cancelled and he was told not to perform.
