IMDb has launched the Popular Indian Celebrities Weekly List to provide a list of 20 most-trending Indian stars globally. And Raashi Khanna, who has become a household name all over India, after her performance in Farzi, has now surprised everyone by claiming the number one spot in the first Weekly list. Shah Rukh Khan is on the second spot.
Raashi’s Farzi co-stars Vijay Sethupathi and Regina Cassandra occupy the third and the fourth spots, respectively. Shahid Kapoor, Bhuvan Arora, Kubbra Sait and series co-creator Krishna D.K. are also on the list this week.
IMDb shared the list on Instagram and wrote, “Presenting the Popular Indian Celebrities of the week trending globally. ? Do you know why each of them is trending? ? This weekly list is powered by ‘Popular Indian Celebrities’: a new IMDb feature that showcases trending Indian stars: actors, directors, cinematographers, writers, the list covers it all! This list is based on visits from more than 200 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide. Every week, entertainment fans can see who is trending, follow their favorite entertainers, and discover new breakout talent.
Raashi, who has predominantly worked in Tamil and Telugu movies, made her OTT debut opposite Ajay Devgn in Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. On the work front, Raashi will next be seen in the action film Yodha alongside Sidharth Malhotra.
