Emraan Hashmi Dismisses Reports About Being Injured During Stone Pelting In Kashmir

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi recently grabbed the headlines after some reports claimed that the actor has been injured during “stone pelting” in Kashmir where he apparently had gone to shoot for his film Ground Zero. However, the actor has now dismissed all the rumors about any such incident, taking to his Twitter Emraan said that he is just fine and all the reports about him being injured are “inaccurate”.

Emraan Hashmi Dismisses Rumors About Being Injured During Stone Pelting

On Tuesday, Emraan Hashmi took to his Twitter, dismissing the rumors and reports about him being injured Emraan wrote, “The people of Kashmir have been very warm and welcoming, it has been an absolute joy shooting in Srinagar and Pahalgam. The news of me being injured in a stone pelting incident is inaccurate.”

Reacting to his tweet many fans shared their response a user wrote, “Glad you’re okay star. Take care of yourself, keep tweeting.”, “Nai woh Emraan Hashmi hai romantic hero unko koi nafrat nai sab pyar hee kar sakte hai apne Bhai k!!”, another user commented, “Thank God!! It was inaccurate news. Stay safe boss @emraanhashmi.”

It was earlier reported that the actor has been shooting for his film “Ground Zero” in Kashmir, he reached there last month and has been shooting there for the past few weeks now. While a report of ANI stated that one person has been arrested for allegedly pelting stones on a film crew in Pahalgam on September 18.

The police told the news agency, “During the ongoing film shooting at Pahalgam, on September 18, at the closing of the shooting at 7:15pm, One miscreant pelted stones at the crew members. Accordingly, an FIR was registered at Police Station Pahalgam. The miscreant was identified and arrested.”
