Raj Kundra’s OLD Pornographic Case
For the unversed, the old case of Raj Kundra held investigations focusing on accusations that Kundra played a role in streaming adult content via the ‘Hotshots’ app, which has since been taken down from mobile platforms by Apple and Google. Kundra is said to have run the content supply for the UK-based company from his Viaan Industries office. Details reveal that aspiring models and actors were enticed with offers of film roles but were ultimately coerced into taking part in pornographic productions. These filming sessions typically occurred in rented homes or apartments across Mumbai. During these shoots, the accused directed actresses to adhere to a different script and pressured them into performing nude scenes. Those who resisted faced threats and were reportedly forced to cover the production expenses themselves.
