On Tuesday, the actor shared a cryptic tweet and wrote, “Kuch baatein karne ka man karta hai, par kare to kaise kare, har baat ki toh aajkal baat ban jaati hai! Recently the famous comedian and actor Kapil Sharma reacted to the Boycott trend and said, “Pata nahi sir, me itna intellectual aadmi nahi. Meri abhi apni film aayi nahi hai. Par ye trend vrend chalte rehte hai. Ye sab waqt ki baat hoti hai. (I do not know, I am not that intellectual. I do not have a film release as of now. But, these trends keep coming. It is just a matter of time).”

Apart from Kapil actor Darlings actor Vijay Varma said, “It can scare you. It has just gone a bit overboard now. I feel something that you said 10 years ago could have been objectionable, and made a few people raise their eyebrows. It could be a prevalent exercise at that time, but in today’s times, it is no longer frowned upon. I feel you cannot be canceled for something like that.”
