Dharma Productions Ex-Employee Kshitij Gets Bail In Drugs Angle Probe

The latest new update in the ongoing drugs nexus investigations by NCB in lieu of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is that Dharma Productions ex-employee Kshitij gets bail in the drugs angle probe.

Looks like the NCB is really in no mood of stopping its detailed examination and investigation of the biggest link, that being the drugs angle which came in as a big substantial evidence hinting towards the entire Bollywood’s illegal drugs cartel existence and how everything is inter connected to each other, but now this might be a relieving news for the former associate of renowned film maker as finally after being in judicial custody for about 2 months, Dharma productions ex-employee Kshitij gets bail in drugs angle probe.

NCB has clearly laid down the conditions for the same where in after his bail, Kshitij Prasad will be gracing his presence to the NCB office every Monday without fail for an hour till next 6 months.

 A special Mumbai court on Thursday had granted a conditional bail of 50,000 Rs to Kshitij R Prasad, who is the former associate of renowned film maker Karan Johar and also an ex-employee of Dharma Productions, 2 months after his arrest, which his lawyer has confirmed.

According to his advocate lawyer Satish Maneshinde, The special NDPS High court judge G.B. Gurao has given the instructions to release his client on delivering the provisional money bail of 50,000 rs along with one or two securities to be submitted within a month.

Prasad will be required to be give his presence to the NCB for next 6 months every Monday for atleast an hour and also he has to give his passport where he won’t be travelling abroad without prior permission of the court along with sharing his itinerary for domestic travel, attend all the court proceedings without fail and not tamper with the evidences and witnesses.

After which, many news reports floating in the media stated that Kshitij was insulted and tortured badly by the Mumbai zonal unit NCB officers post which NCB released their official statement that said, “It is very unambiguously stated here that the above news item in circulation is mischievous and completely untrue. NCB arrested Kshitij as some incriminating evidences were recovered from him”.

The apex drugs controlling authority NCB’s statement came in after Kshitij’s lawyer Satish put serious allegations on the NCB citing that they had blackmailed and pressurized Kshitij into revealing Karan Johar’s name during the investigations.

Their statement clearly stated that after Kshitij’s involvement in the drugs angle probe came out in open under the NDPS act, he was arrested by following the due course of law.

Further, it also mentioned that, “His lawyer and his family (mother) were informed as per the procedure. He was also allowed to meet his father-in-law and his wife at the NCB office”.
