Shah Rukh Khan is going to end his two years long hiatus and sabbatical from films post the failure of Zero (2018), with action thriller entertaining drama film Pathan which is being bankrolled under YRF Films banner by the producer Aditya Chopra and this also marks Shah Rukh and Deepika’s third successful collaboration after Om Shanti Om (2007), Chennai Express (2013) and Happy New Year (2016). Both the Mastani of Bollywood and King Khan’s global fandoms will be very happy to know that their favorite global superstar Deepika starts shooting for SRK and John starrer Pathan.

Deepika Padukone has been very busy and back in the work mode as she is shooting for director Shakun Batra’s upcoming film project which also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday in key important leading roles and is being produced under renowned film maker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions banner and finally Deepika has wrapped up her shoot for this untitled film and started shooting for SRK starrer Pathan on Monday itself, with Shah Rukh who also began filming for the same a few days back.
For people who don’t know, the shooting of Pathan has already commenced at the YRF Studios in Mumbai and the film is being directed by Siddharth Anand. Meanwhile, a recent news report of a leading Indian newspaper publication also said that Satyameva Jayate (2018) fame ace performer John Abraham will also be joining both Deepika and Shah Rukh in the next two days for shooting the film where he is currently shooting for Satyameva Jayate 2 with Divya Khosla Kumar which will be releasing on the 12th May 2021 and would be an Eid release of the next year.
John is going to play the antagonist (negative lead / villain) in this movie. Reports also are stating that the second shooting schedule of Pathan will be taking place in Abu Dhabi. Shah Rukh’s fans all around the world are so much excited and pumped up as this film will be his comeback to the 70 mm celluloid screens after the long break and hiatus of two years.
The media rumors and speculative stories are were also very rife and strong that the Baadshah of Bollywood is getting geared up and set for his new film project where he was seen having a long hair look during the IPL 2020 matches in Dubai. Also this is going to be his first ever collaboration with the iconic Bollywood star John Abraham.
