Having started the new year 2021 with a clean and fresh slate on social media, globally loved Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone introduced all of us to the concept of audio diary. After sharing her first audio diary post on the eve of New Year’s 2021 wherein she wished them a happy new year and also good health for all her fans globally, today, just a few hours back Deepika has dropped yet another interesting new voice note / audio diary through an instagram post on her insta handle.
In this audio, she shared with all her fans about the show ‘Small Wonder’ being her favorite and also opened on her reasons of loving and being fascinated with this serial in her childhood.
She revealed about a new facet of her childhood days which her favorite show that is without a doubt ‘Small Wonder’. The same heart-warming show about Vicki The Robot wherein her entire family was so renowned and famous back in the days on the tinsel town. Deepika fondly recalled about this show was her absolute favorite whilst growing up years in her childhood.
She also told in the video, “I remember coming back from school and looking forward to watching Small Wonder. It was a show that lasted around 30 to 40 minutes if I am not mistaken. My favorite character from the show was Vicki. She was spunky, emotional and intelligent. I think that the one thing I was most fascinated by was that even a robot could cry. But, yes at the same time I also found her to be extremely lovable and endearing. I remember watching this show with my friends Sneha and Divya and on that note I am going to start rewatching Small Wonder”.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone has a sleuth of interesting film projects which include Siddharth Anand’s Pathan under YRF Films banner alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter, Prabhas co starrer sci fi multilingual film alongside Amitabh Bachchan directed by Nag Ashwin and Shakun Batra film with Ishaan and Ananya.
