Confirmed! Deepika Padukone Will Play Ranbir’s Mother In Brahmastra 2

Brahmastra: Ayan Mukerji’s directorial Brahmastra is currently streaming on the OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. While many superstars like Shah Rukh and Amitabh have also appeared in the film. However, there has been much buzz about Deepika Padukone’s cameo as Ranbir’s mother in the film. The same has now been confirmed as the netizens have now claimed that the actress was seen in the OTT premiere of the film.

Deepika Padukone Spotted In Brahmastra OTT Stream

Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra has often remained in the headlines for its cameo features. From Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh, Yash, and Vijay Deverakonda various names have been suggested to play a cameo in the film. Another such name remains of Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone who was earlier reported to play Ranbir’s mother in the film.

And the same has now been claimed by netizens who have stated that the actress was spotted in during the OTT streaming of the video. Many netizens stated that the actress was seen playing the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s mother in the film.

Ayan Mukerji On Deepika Padukone’s Entry In Brahmastra

Earlier during an interaction with Pinkvilla, Ayan was shown a video that claimed Deepika Padukone’s cameo in brahmastra, when asked to comment on the same he said, “I think you have imagined it. I think it was in that particular screen. Also, the image was so dark, that I can’t see the face of the actor.”

Later Alia also added to the conversation and said, “I think, it’s what you want to see. Har cheese ko batane ka ek waqt hota hai (There’s a time to tell everything.” To this, Ayan said, “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.” Ayan further added, “What you want to see is what you see. We are not confirming only that Deepika is a part of part one or a part of part two yet,”
