But now in the ongoing assessment of the late actor’s death case, this is another fresh update here that CBI releases official statement after AIIMS Dr. Sudhir Gupta’s audio leak.
The apex investigation agency has been brought on board by the Supreme court and since then they have been investigating the case from all the possible angles that could be thought of.
In the midst of the ongoing investigation and examination of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, there have been lots of new developments with each passing day.
Just a few days back, everyone came to know about the fact that CBI may pursue the late actor’s death case from the murder angle instead of the suicide angle which was being used constantly by them but then CBI after studying the final reports submitted by AIIMS decided to rule it out as a suicide and not a murder.
Now after last week, this audio leak clip of the AIIMS Dr. Sudhir Gupta coming out in the open and to the public like this is indeed a shocking revelation in front of the apex investigation agency CBI following which now they have also released their statement and reaction on the same.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation has seen the most explosive and in other words, this could be termed as the key and pivotal development today after the Supreme Court of India handed over the investigation towards CBI.
This audio leak of the most renowned and pan India prominent medical sciences investigation agency AIIMS Dr. Sudhir Gupta is now deepening the mystery and secret around the fact that was Sushant’s death actually a suicide or a well-planned murder conspiracy. It is surely set to raise the questions on the authenticity and factual correctness of their submitted viscera study report to the CBI.
While now the CBI has made a considerably a big move with their important decision in the lieu of the ongoing death case investigations, the late bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family and fans globally after this audio leak are literally grilling and questioning the reliability and authentic credibility of Sushant’s autopsy viscera study reports that had been submitted by AIIMS to the CBI.
Also this news is totally true as it has been reported by a leading digital news website that CBI (Central Bureau Of Investigation) has now released their statement after the audio tape of the forensic expert Dr. Sudhir Gupta from AIIMS got leaked. The report also clearly mentioned the fact that the homicide angle is not ruled out yet.
Initially, the case was registered as suicide, however, this is true that when the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) came on board for a thorough and deeply detailed examination and investigation, they decided to also consult a team of AIIMS for its medico-legal opinion on the post-mortem of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Amidst the ongoing investigation of the late actor’s death case, today an audiotape of AIIMS panel chief Dr. Sudhir Gupta got leaked and released on a leading TV news channel which said clearly that Sushant was murdered and it is not a case of suicide. In a major pivotal update in the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the news channel also said that CBI has now issued an official statement on the same.
According to the leading news channel’s report, The CBI has said that they are still deeply examining and thoroughly investigating the death case of the late actor where each and every angle is being considered important as it is being studied from all the possible angles that could be which also includes the homicide (suicide) angle.
Another leading TV news channel has also reportedly shown and exposed the explosive series of WhatsApp chats which can be termed as primary evidence whereby the AIIMS Dr. Sudhir Gupta is seen raising 9 most important questions which were blatantly ignored and not looked into deeply at all by the Cooper Hospital while performing the autopsy on the late actor after his death.
Also Dr. Gupta has explained and clarified his stance clearly on why he changed his stand from a murder to a suicide and while speaking to another popular TV news channel he was quoted saying that, “Yes, everyone doubted when CBI started with its investigation. We investigated all doubts and then came with this opinion. Now, there should be no doubts. It was a seven member team of doctors who came to this conclusion that SSR dies by suicide.”
This official statement released by the CBI also is a clear indication towards the fact that the homicide angle is not crossed and ruled out yet by CBI’s Special Investigating Team, despite the AIIMS panel chief Dr Sudhir Gupta’s alleged audio leak.
This most terrific and important development in the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case comes just in a time frame of six hours after an audiotape of the AIIMS panel chief was released wherein he suggested that SSR was murdered.
He had mentioned that the crime scene was polluted and tainted to such a huge extent that it was unfit and bad to carry out the forensic autopsy examination with any purity.
