Netizens Hail Amitabh Bachchan’s Sword Skills In Brahmastra Teaser
On Wednesday the Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar shared a short clip of the much-anticipated Hindi film, Brahmastra. Sharing the teaser on his Instagram Karan Johar wrote, “Miliye Guru aur unke Prabhāstra se bas 9 days mein (Meet the Guru and his sword, Prabhastra in 9 days). In the video, the Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan could be seen flaunting his sword skills with his “Prabhāstra”. Reacting to the video many netizens shared their reactions, a user wrote, “Finally Indian cinema pe Hollywood jaisa film milega (Finally Indian cinema has made something like Hollywood).”, another user commented, “This is giving me Star Wars feels.” While one user wrote, “Just can’t wait for this one.”
Ayan Mukerji Pens Emotional Note On Brahmastra
On Tuesday, Bollywood director and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji shared an emotional note on his Instagram and wrote, “10 DAYS TO GO. Can’t believe we only have 10 days to go before Brahmāstra releases. All these years, Brahmāstra has belonged mainly to me and to the core team around me… But from September 9th – it will belong more to the audiences who experience it and hopefully appreciate it ! Very emotional, nervous, exciting, non-stop work days as we prepare to let Brahmāstra go out fully into this World!”.
About Brahmastra
Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva is an upcoming fantasy adventure film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji, and produced by Karan Johar. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead, it also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna, in key roles, while actors Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone are now also expected to make their way in the film. The first installment of Brahmastra will release on September 9 this year.
