1- Twinkle Khanna
Twinkle Khanna left her acting career a long time ago and turned to a full-time writer and author. ‘Mrs Funny Books’, ‘The Legend Of Laxmi Prasad’, ‘Pyjamas Are Forgiving‘ are her published books. All of them garnered excellent reviews.
2- Soha Ali Khan
Soha Ali Khan earned the badge of an author when she published her book Perils of Being Moderately Famous’ in 2017. She documented different phases of her personal life in her book as she talked about her childhood, career and life as a film celebrity.
3- Emraan Hashmi
Third, on the list is Emraan Hashmi. Apart from being a great actor, he is a dedicated family man. After his son was diagnosed with cancer, he penned a book titled ‘The Kiss Of Life’ in which he talked about the struggles of their family while his little son was battling the disease.
4- Karisma Kapoor
The popular actress of the 90s Karisma Kapoor wrote a book titled ‘My Yummy Mummy Guide’. In the book, she talked about the ways to get fit post-pregnancy followed by several other tips for new mothers.
5- Karan Johar
Filmmaker Karan Johar wrote an autobiography titled ‘An Unsuitable Boy’ in 2017. He is again coming up with a children’s book titled ‘The Big Thoughts Of Little Luv’. It has been inspired by his own experiences as a parent.
And now, Gauri Khan and Priyanka Chopra are also going to be authors soon. Gauri Khan is getting ready to publish her debut book ‘My Life In Design’ in which she has written about her journey as an interior designer.
On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra has also finished the manuscript of her memoir. It is titled ‘Unfinished’. It is a collection of stories and personal experiences of the Desi Girl and aims at inspiring women to dream big.
