The video of Kunal Kamra and Arnaz Goswami has been going viral for the last 24 hours. Comedian Kunal Kamra tried to talk to Arnab Goswami so it happened. The news anchor/reporter had denied saying anything, though. So much has been said about the actions of Kamra and it has become such an important topic that the airlines have imposed a ban on Kunal Kamra to disturb the passenger on the flight
Not just one airline, but three airlines, namely Air India, IndiGo and SpiceJet, have restricted Kunal Kamra from boarding their flights.”@MoCA_GoI @HardeepSPuri In light of the recent incident on board 6E 5317 from Mumbai to Lucknow, we wish to inform that we are suspending Mr. Kunal Kamra from flying with IndiGo for a period of six months, as his conduct on-board was unacceptable behaviour.” IndiGo tweeted out. Here’s their tweet:
Offensive behaviour designed to provoke & create disturbance inside an aircraft is absolutely unacceptable & endangers safety of air travellers.
We are left with no option but to advise other airlines to impose similar restrictions on the person concerned. https://t.co/UHKKZfdTVS

Reacting to the same, many celebrities have come out in favor of Kunal Kamra so here’s what Bollywood stars tweeted.
Article 15 Director Anubhav Sinha said that the behavior of the comedian should have been considered “ridiculous” in “ordinary circumstances.” Yet the times are different at the moment.
Of course what Kunal did is ridiculous under ordinary circumstances. But these are no ordinary times. These are times when a union minister instructs all airlines to ban a stand up comedian because he insulted Goebbels clan. So stop trying to sound ‘proper’ please.

‘If you Fuck with our man this is what will happen’
Imagine YouTube Banning Kunal Kamra, or Airtel cancelling all his internet connections including his phone. Do you think this is impossible???? Why do you think Vistara has not banned him???
Dictatorship has arrived my friends.— Anubhav Sinha (@anubhavsinha) January 29, 2020
Richa Chadha asked why nothing happened when Pragya Thakur was holding up a flight since she wanted a “first-class”seat.
Genuinely asking in light of this… a flight was held up and an elected representative said “first class is my right”.
Was she put on any no-fly list for causing a delay? We’re co-passengers who asked her persistent questions banned ? Does ANYONE have more info? https://t.co/kbEB2XgzEa pic.twitter.com/uXhbBZXzsC— TheRichaChadha (@RichaChadha) January 29, 2020
Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has tweeted in a row that he has “mixed feelings” with it.
I did not like the way @kunalkamra88 heckled Arnab on a flight. I felt it was unnecessary and uncool coming from someone who usually criticizes with such sharp wit. But seeing the even more uncool response by airlines (with govt blessings) to his behavior I have mixed feelings…

Anurag Kashyap passed over a sarcastic comment by posting the tweet from Anubhav Sinha. This is what Anurag Kashyap has to say on this:
Totally, you beat people on our behalf you won’t be arrested, you lynch people , you will be let go and garlanded, you kill people in riots – they will let you off with social work .. the messaging sent out by this government is very clear.. https://t.co/RHMaCUNFgo

Also, Gully Boy fame Vijay Varma took a subtle dig and thanked the comedian (Kunal Kamra) for displaying Arnab Goswami’s “silent” side.
Furthermore, Kunal Kamra encountered Arnab Goswami again this morning. Yes, just one day after the incident, Kunal Kamra met him again this morning on a flight, and he confronted him again about the same thing. He was told, this time, to move away.
