Bollywood Celebs REACT To Violence Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

Our whole country has come to a standstill due to the outbtreak of coronavirus. But even in such a situation of crisis, there have been shocking news of violence. People in different parts of our nation are attacking doctors, nurses and policemen.Bollywood celebrities have strongly condemned such violence against our healthcare workers. When people in Indore pelted stones at doctors a few days back, Javed Akhtar came forward to express his anger. He had written on Twitter, “I strongly condemn those who have thrown stones on the doctors in Indore and hope that Indore police will not to show any leniency to them n I request others to CO-operate with the doctors Police n administration every where . The whole nation should be united to fight Korona.” Paresh Rawal posted an important question, “Just think what will happen if Doctors refuse to treat those who have treated them so inhumanly!” Every other day, we come across news of violence against our saviours. Ajay Devgn, who was seen in film Tanhaji, blasted out at such people in his latest tweet and wrote, “Disgusted and angry to read reports of ‘educated’ persons attacking doctors in their neighbourhood on baseless assumptions. Such insensitive people are the worst criminals.” Actor Rishi Kapoor wrote, “An appeal to all brothers and sisters from all social status and faiths. Please don’t resort to violence, stone throwing or lynching. Doctors, Nurses, Medics, Policemen etc..are endangering their lives to save you. We have to win this Coronavirus war together. Please. Jai Hind!” It’s clear that India isn’t only fighting a war against Coronavirus, but also against some brainwashed people.
