Bhumika Chawla Shares Fun Anecdote From Tere Naam Audio Release

Actress Bhumika Chawla recalls how her one statement shocked everyone at the audio release of 'Tere Naam'.

Bhumika Chawla has reunited with Salman Khan after 20 years. The gorgeous diva made her Hindi film debut opposite Salman in 2003 with Satish Kaushik’s directorial “Tere Naam”. And 20 years later, the duo has come together for “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan”, produced by Salman Khan. The entire cast of the film is busy with the promotions as the film is hitting the theatres on 21 April.

Ahead of the film’s release, Bhumika interacted with the media and shared a fun anecdote with Salman Khan. She said, “At the audio release of Tere Naam, I said, ‘I’m very happy to work with Salman Bhai’ and everyone was like ‘ You are paired opposite him. You can’t call him Bhai. You are being shown as a romantic couple on-screen’. Initially, I used to call him Bhai very often. And he used to ask me to call him just Salman. Now, when the shooting of KKBKKJ began, I called him Salman Sir. And he just kept telling me that don’t call me sir.”

Commenting on her reunion with Salman Khan, Bhumika said, “I am very excited about the release of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. I did my first Hindi film with Salman and we reunited for a film after 20 years. I am happy that we’ve got a chance to work again together and I hope people like it.”
