Ayushmann Khurrana is back with yet another out of the box movie. After essaying many unconventional roles, Ayushmann is all set to put another feather in his hat with his upcoming film titled, “Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.”
In this film, Ayushmann plays Kartik who is gay and portrays his efforts to break the stereotypes surrounding gay marriages in India. Ayushmann will be sharing the screen space with Jitendra Kumar aka Aman who will play his love interest.
With some important roles played by Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta, this film surely is a whirlwind of light-hearted humor. The catchy songs in the trailer leave us shaking our heads while we root for Kartik and Aman’s love story and hope for it to prosper.
This film takes its take on homophobia captivated in the minds of the general Indian public and tries to pass on a subtle message that love is never bound by the gender of another person.
