Ever since Athiya and KL Rahul have admitted to having dated each other publicly, the lovebirds have been making the news quite frequently. With Rahul attending his girlfriend Athiya’s brother’s film porringer, to support him, to Athiya and father Suniel Shetty cheering for Rahul during his matches, it won’t be too far fetched to say that the two are taking their relationship to the next level.
In fact, many media outlets have speculated how the two might even get hitched for life by the end of this year, with Athiya and Rahul’s big fat winter wedding being the hot talk of the moment. To add to this, there have been many new rumours that the couple might even move in together, as the actress has bought a new house for herself. But the news has really come forward as a mere rumour, as Athiya has cleared the air herself.
The actress mentioned how she had indeed got a new house but isn’t moving with anyone else, but her parents. “I am not moving in with anyone, but my parents! My family and I will be staying in this brand new home” she said. True or not, fans have been waiting for their rumoured South-Indian wedding by the end of the year. Although there haven’t been any new updates on this, for now, it has been only speculated as a mere rumour.
While the couple has been painting the two red with their romance, the two don’t shy away from giving away about each other and their families. A few days back, the couple was rumoured to be getting engaged soon, to which brother Ahan Shetty responded, “As far as the wedding is concerned, there are no arrangements being made. There is no such ceremony, these are all rumours. When there is no wedding, how can we give you a date?” He further added, “Engagement bhi nahi hui hai. Haal filhaal uski bhi koi planning nahi hai (There has been no engagement and there is no such plan in the near future.) There is no planning for a wedding in the next few months as well.”

KL Rahul, on the other hand, has even shared his equation with his beau’s father, actor Suniel. He said, “We do have some conversations, arguments sometimes, and disagreements too. He talks sense because he understands the game. He tells me, ‘You are not fit enough. You are getting injured. There is a reason for that. You are not eating healthy He is all about the healthy lifestyle and training.”
