Aryan Khan’s Bail Plea Denied, To Spend This Weekend In Jail

The recent Mumbai cruise drugs bust case surrounding Aryan khan's arrest by NCB has a new update wherein now Aryan's bail plea rejected, to spend this entire weekend in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail.

With the recent Mumbai cruise party drugs nexus being unravelled and busted by the apex drugs regulation controlling authority Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai and since the moment everyone came to know that the global superstar and Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son Aryan Khan has been arrested by the NCB and would be in official custody of NCB till fourteen days more now, it has come in as a huge shock to the entire bollywood industry and a really tough time for Khan family, and now recent update in the case is that Aryan Khan’s bail plea denied, to spend this weekend in jail.

A news report by a leading indian TV channel has clearly stated that how Aryan Khan’s bail plea denied, to spend this weekend in jail.

On Friday, a Mumbai court heard the entire case which ultimately resulted in end with how quickly Aryan Khan’s bail plea denied, to spend this weekend in jail.

The Mumbai court on Friday rejected the bail plea of global superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan who got arrested in connection with the alleged confiscation of drugs from a Goa bound cruise ship off the Mumbai coast according to a news report by a leading indian TV channel.

We also know how Aryan along with the seven others accused in the case are to be kept in a 14 day judicial custody now and yes, the court had rejected the NCB’s plea for their further custody for interrogation.

Now according to a recent news report by a leading digital publication, it is true that Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R M Nerlikar had rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan and the other two accused on Friday.

The report also added that the court clearly stated that the applications are not maintainable before it. Further, they will have to apply for bail before a special NDPS court. The plea will not be filed on Saturday or Sunday, as courts remain closed. It can now only be filed on Monday.

For those who are really unaware, besides Aryan Khan, even Arbaaz Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra were arrested following the raid on the Goa-bound ship which is owned by Cordelia Cruises. The NCB revealed about how they have seized 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA, 5 grams of MD and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash during the planned raid.

Till now, NCB has arrested around 18 people also including Aryan Khan, in connection with the said case.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has reportedly stated that no drugs were recovered from his client’s possession. Currently according to the several multiple news reports, Aryan Khan is lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.
