WWE legend John Cena who has now turned into a Hollywood star paid tribute to late Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor. He took to his social media platform to pay an ode to the veteran actor who took his last breath yesterday in Mumbai.

For the unversed, actor Rishi Kapoor was fighting a long hard battle with leukemia but sadly had to surrender and had to depart for heavenly abode.

John Cena posted a smiling picture of Rishi Kapoor on his Instagram but didn’t put any caption. But the Instagramers did comment on the post sending condolences to Rishi Kapoor’s family and close friends.

Well, this is not for the first time that the WWE star has posted a picture of a Bollywood celebrity. Previously he had shared a picture of Bigg Boss 13 contestant Asim Riaz and left everyone baffled.

Before that, he had shared a special video message for Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s 7-year old son Viaan Raj Kundra. Later he dedicated another post on his Instagram for the Bollywood actress.

Speaking of Rishi Kapoor, the actor was in New York along with his wife Neetu Kapoor for his treatment for leukemia. The late actor had returned to India just a couple of months back in September 2019.

Rishi Kapoor’s last rites were performed yesterday at Chandanwadi crematorium in Kalbadevi. The late actor is now survived by his wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Ridhima Kapoor.

Rishi Kapoor has left behind a legacy and it will take forever for anyone to fill his shoes.
