Shah Rukh Khan To Make A Cameo In Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra; Karan Johar Drops Hint

There were reports making a circle in the B-Town about Shah Rukh Khan making a guest appearance in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming film titled, Brahmastra. After staying away from the limelight for a while after Anand L Rai’s Zero, this tittle-tattle about his cameo in Brahmastra kept his fan in anticipation.

Well, it seems like fans' patience has been paid off as recently in an interview Karan Johar opened up a little bit of Shah Rukh’s appearance in Brahmastra. Karan Johar said, "I don’t want to reveal his role but Ayan, Ranbir, Alia and I are eternally grateful to him for coming on board with his vision and inputs.” He also added that SRK’s energy on the film’s set was contagious.”

It will be a treat to witness Shah Rukh Khan acting in this year’s much-awaited multi-stared film.

Talking about Brahmastra, Karan also assured that the news about Brahmastra part 1 will soon be out. He also revealed that Ayan is working on part 2 and part 3 simultaneously.

Karan Johar who was recently bestowed the prestigious Padma Shri Award seemed elated by this honor. He even shared a heartfelt note on Instagram to express his joy and also mentioned that his father would have been proud of him.

Brahmastra part 1 features Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt alongside veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan. Apart from this star cast, this movie will also have Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy play some pivotal roles.

The release date of this Brahmastra part 1 has not been announced yet but it is said that it will release this year.
