The charming actor of Bollywood, Sidharth Malhotra turned 35 today and the Marjaavaan actor unveiled the first look posters of his upcoming biographical war drama Shershaah in which he plays the role of a real-life hero, Captain Vikram Batra, on his big day.

Talking about the pictures, the actor as an army officer looks every bit impressive and we should anticipate some great war sequences in the movie. Sidharth posted the posters with a caption on his Social Media account, "An absolute honor to be able to paint the big screen with the shades of bravery & sacrifice. Sidharth Malhotra sees this film from a very different aspect and the film is very special for him. He had said before in an interview that he would have produced this film if he had the means available. "If I had the means then the Vikram Batra film would have been produced by me but because it is made on such a massive scale and I am not well equipped (he is not producing it). Maybe in the future (he will produce films)," Sidharth stated "Everyone knows about his heroic stories from newspapers and articles. When you meet people who have lived with him, his family or have known him personally, you feel an immense kind of pressure. First, you hope to do justice to his personal life and family," he continued.

A direction under south filmmaker Vishnu Varadhan and produced by Dharma Productions by Karan Johar, this year's Shershaah is scheduled to hit screens on July 3.
