Anushka Sharma On Getting Back To Work After Delivering Her Baby

Anushka Sharma opens up about getting back to work after giving birth to her baby. The actress aims to find a balance between baby, home, and her professional life.

The IT couple of the tinsel town- Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are soon to become parents. The lovebirds made the pregnancy announcement back in the month of August via their respective social media handles. Virat and Anushka’s first baby will arrive in January 2021. Recently, during her interview, pregnant Anushka Sharma opened up about getting back to work after delivering her baby.

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress who is quite active on social media often shares pictures of herself cradling the baby bump. The mushy pictures garner a lot of likes and comments from her fans across the globe. Everyone is eager to meet little baby Kohli-Sharma. On the other hand, everyone also wants to see Anushka back on the big screen.

In her recent interaction, Anushka Sharma candidly spoke about getting back to work after delivering her baby. The actress revealed that she is planning to resume work very soon after giving birth. She also opened up about her work plans post the delivery.

Speaking to Bombay Times, Anushka Sharma said that she is aiming to establish a system at home. She will establish the system to ensure that she is balancing time between baby, home, and her professional life.

The 32-year old actress said, “I will be back to my shoots after I deliver my child, and will establish a system at home that ensures I can balance time between my child, home and professional life. I intend to keep working for as long as I live because acting truly makes me happy.”

Anushka also spoke about working amid the on-going coronavirus pandemic. Mrs. Kohli said that she had to ensure the sets are going to be a safe place to shoot. The actress also adds that although she was looking forward to start shooting again, she had to be careful.

She concluded it by saying, “The virus is here to stay and we have to embrace the new normal and deal with coronavirus with the strictest precautions, which is what I have done.”

As of now, Anushka Sharma is enjoying her quality time at home with her family. On the other hand, her hubby Virat Kohli is touring Australia. The team India skipper will return to India for the arrival of his first baby.

The BCCI has granted Virat Kohli the paternity leave to be present alongside Anushka as they welcome their bundle of joy.
