Anushka Sharma is in her final trimester and will be welcoming her first baby next month. And during her pregnancy, Anushka is leaving no stone unturned to keep herself healthy. The actress recently treated her fans as she shared a picture of her workout. She can be seen doing Shirshasana or a headstand with the help of her husband Virat Kohli.
She wrote in the caption, “As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant (after a certain stage) but of course with the appropriate and required support.“
She then told that even though she has been doing headstand for many years now, but she used the wall for support and also her husband supported her in order to be extra safe during pregnancy. She said that this was also done under the supervision of her yoga teacher who was virtually with her through this session.
