Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have become parents to a baby girl. Anushka delivered the baby today at Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital.
Sharing the big news, Virat Kohli wrote on his social media, “We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time.”
The couple had announced the pregnancy news in August 2020 and since then the couple has been hitting the headlines. During the third trimester, Anushka stepped out to shoot for some magazine covers and brand endorsements. Everytime she stepped out, she gave some major maternity goals.
It is Anushka and Virat’s first child and the couple is on paternity break to take care of their bundle of joy.
We now can’t wait to see the first pictures of the cute baby girl.
