Rajkummar Rao- Bhumi Pednekar’s upcoming social drama Bheed has got a release date. The film will arrive in cinemas on March 24, 2023.
Rajkummar took to his Instagram announce the release date with a behind the scene picture from the set. Announcing the release date, he wrote, “Presenting #BHEED a social drama, shedding light on the dichotomy and complexities through the toughest times our country faced!”
In the picture Rajummar is seen wearing police’s uniform, making it pretty obvious that the actor is once again playing the role of a cop. The film marks Rajkummar and Bhumi’s second collaboration after Badhai Do (2022). And Rajummar was also playing a cop in that film. Bhumi Pednekar followed Rajkummar and shared the same post.
Bheed is directed by Anubhav Sinha whose last directorial venture Anek (2022) starring Ayushman Khurrana received mixed response from critics as well as audience. Bheed also stars Aditya Shrivastav, Kritika Kamra, Virendra Saxena and Karan Pandit. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar under his production house T Series.

On the work front, Rajkumar Rao was last seen in the Netflix original ‘Monica, O My Darling’, which created a buzz in the world of cine lovers. Bhumi was last seen in ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ alongside Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani.
