Anil Kapoor is currently celebrating the success of his latest release ‘JugJug Jeeyo’. The film backed by Dharma Production and Viacom 18, recently crossed Rs 100 cr earning worldwide. It also featured Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Neetu Kapoor in leading roles. The 65-year-old actor is now prepping up for his next films. Anil Kapoor has already signed four mega projects. 1. Fighter
Anil Kapoor’s most awaited release is ‘Fighter’. The upcoming action thriller film stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is expecting a release in 2023.
2. Bindra
After Netflix film ‘Thar’, Anil Kapoor will once again collaborate with his son Harshvardhan Kapoor for Olympic gold medalist shooter Abhinav Bindra’s biopic. The film was announced a few years ago. Owing to the delays, it was reported that the film has been shelved, but Anil Kapoor refuted the rumours and confirmed that he will be soon seen in the film titled ‘Bindra’.
3. Animal
Anil Kapoor is also collaborating with Ranbir Kapoor for the Bollywood film ‘Animal’. The gangster drama film is being directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. South superstar Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead. The film’s tentative release date is August 11, 2023.
4. Captain
Anil Kapoor will again share screen space with ‘Malang’ co-star Aditya Roy Kapur for a web series titled ‘Captain’. It will release on the popular OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar. The spy thriller series has been titled ‘Captain’ and is expected to premiere in 2023.
