Ananya Panday is currently enjoying the success of her recently released film Pati Patni Aur Woh. A few days back the whole Pati Patni Aur Woh team celebrated its success bash, in which the lead cast was seen enjoying after the hard work they put in making and promoting the film. Now, that the whole celebration is over the actors have moved on to their next projects. While Kartik has begun with the second schedule of Dostana 2, Ananya Panday has also started to focus on her upcoming film Khaali Peeli with Ishaan Khattar.
In a recent interview, Ananya was asked about how she feels to be sharing screen space with Ishaan Khatter, to which she replied by saying that Ishaan is an amazing actor and people haven’t seen his potential yet. She further added, “Ishaan is amazing and I feel like people have not even seen how much he can do yet, you know I feel like there is so much more to Ishaan which people are going to see very soon.” After wholeheartedly complimenting her co-star, the diva was asked about her role in the movie Khaali Peeli, to which she answered by saying that she had to change her entire lingo to Bambaiya lingo as her character Pooja demanded it. This was obviously a challenging task to the SOTY 2 debutante as she actually speaks in a very soft tone and polite manner.
Directed by Maqbool Khan, “Khaali Peeli” is going to be released on 20 June 2020, for which the fans stay eager to witness the fresh young pair on the big screen. On the work front, Ishaan Khatter was last seen in Beyond Clouds for which the actor received good reviews for his acting, while the film did an average business at the Box Office. Well, it was a splendorous year for Ananya Panday, she received the “Fresh Face Award” for her debut in SOTY 2 and also her much-awaited film Pati Patni Aur Woh got all the love from the audience.
