An Action Hero Box Office Collection Day 1: Film Takes A Slow Start

An Action Hero Box Office Collection: Anirudh Iyer’s action-adventure film An Action Hero is now out in the theatres. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles. Despite opening up to positive reviews it is now believed that the film has taken a slow start at the box office on its first day. Here’s how much the film earned on it’s opening day-

As per the trade reports, it is now believed that Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat starrer “An Action Hero” has taken a disappointing start at the box office. Preliminary reports claim that the film earned Rs 1-1.5 Cr on day one. For the unversed, Ayushmann Khurrana’s recent release “Doctor G” earned around 3.87cr on its opening, which is higher than the expected opening collection of “An Action Hero”.

Anirudh Iyer’s action-adventure film An Action Hero stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles. Ayushmann Khurrana essays the role of Maanav who is a popular youth icon among his fans. Later Maanav witnesses an accident during the shoot of his film. On the other hand, Jaideep Ahlawat is the antagonist in the film as he plays the role of a politician named Bhoora Solanki who blames Maanav for the death of his brother and wants to avenge his brother by putting Maanav behind the bars.

Directed by Anirudh Iyer, “An Action Hero” is an action-adventure film starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles. The film also stars actor Akshay Kumar in a cameo role. Produced by Anand L Rai and Bhushan Kumar the film was released in the theatres on 2nd December.
