Almost 6 years after their wedding in 2018, Bollywood couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh finally embraced parenthood, and welcomed their first child, a baby girl on 8 September 2024 in Mumbai’s HN Reliance Hospital.

Soon after the arrival of their daughter, both Ranveer and Deepika announced the good news on their Instagram handles. In a joint couple post, the duo wrote a simple message, “Welcome baby girl! 8.9.2024, Deepika & Ranveer,” without any additional caption.
Bollywood Celebs Congratulate Deepika And Ranveer
As soon as the couple officially announced the arrival of their baby girl, several fans and many celebrities congratulated the two in the comment section of the post. Kareena Kapoor wrote, “Congratulations mommy and daddy from saifu and beboo. God bless the little angel.”, Alia Bhatt also dropped several heart emojis on the post. Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, and Nick Jonas also congratulated the couple.

Apart from them, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Ananya Panday, Mira Kapoor, Anusha Dandekar, Pooja Hegde, Bhumi Pednekar, Zoya Akhtar, Jacqueliene Fernandez, and several other B-town celebs congratulated Deepika and Ranveer on becoming parents.
Deepika and Ranveer began dating in 2013 during the filming of Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela and kept their relationship private until their 2018 wedding at Lake Como, Italy. Nearly five years later, the couple announced their pregnancy in February 2024 with a joint post featuring baby-themed motifs and a “September 2024” message. In September, they shared maternity shoot photos, showing Deepika with her baby bump and Ranveer by her side. Reports suggest the couple will soon move into a luxurious Bandra apartment, spanning four floors, near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat.
