Recently there has been buzz that Tiger Zinda Hai director Ali Abbas Zafar will once again be collaborating with Dabangg actor Salman Khan. After giving films like Bharat, Sultan, and Tiger Zinda Hai the duo were rumored to have been collaborating once again for an action film, denying the rumors it is now reported that the Sultan duo Salman and Ali Abbas Zafar won’t be collaborating for any action film, for the time being.
Salman Khan Will Not Be Collaborating With Ali Abbas Zafar
As per an ETimes report, a source close to the development has denied the reports and rumors about Salman and Ali Abbas Zafar’s collaboration, the source revealed, “Contrary to the reports that have been doing the rounds, Salman Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar are not collaborating again. There were rumors about Salman giving his nod for a big-scale commercial action drama, which will go on floors next year and release in Eid 2024. However, these are hearsay and there is no truth to these stories.”
Earlier it was reported that the duo will be collaborating for an action film, “Salman and Ali have been discussing many projects over the past few months, and they have finally zeroed in on an action film. It’s a quintessential actioner, strongly backed by emotional quotient. The subject of the film is a challenging one and requires Salman to undergo a physical transformation, much like Sultan. Salman has verbally okayed the film and is waiting for the full script before taking the final call,” a source quoted to Peepingmoon.com
The source further added, “Ali is currently working on the post-production of Shahid Kapoor’s film and is simultaneously focusing on the pre-production of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan as well. Ali will start working on the Salman Khan film soon after finishing the action-comedy.”
Salman Khan’s Upcoming Projects
On the work front, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will soon be seen with Pooja Hegde in their film Kisika Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Apart from it, Salman is also working on Tiger 3, Dabangg 4, and Anees Bazmee’s directorial No Entry Mein Entry.
